We're working with a private sector client via a leading marketing agency on a customer data transformation programme that’s currently behind schedule. They need a firm, delivery-focused Scrum Master who can bring structure, pace, and leadership to a challenging, high-pressure environment.
12-month contract Outside IR35 Fully remote , with occasional travel to London or Birmingham (around once a month)
Must-Have Requirements:
- Scrum Master by job title (no hybrid PMs or BAs)
- Strong Agile delivery background
- Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) – ideally Braze, Treasure Data, and/or Databricks (at least two)
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps
- Background in hospitality, retail, pubs, hotels, or supermarkets
