Summary: This role is for a Technical Application Support professional focused on process improvement and application support for Azure DevOps, Confluence, and GitHub. The position requires a blend of technical and analytical skills to optimize workflows and provide user support. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, implementing solutions, and generating documentation. The role is remote and has a duration of 6 months with an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements for business processes and determine ways to optimize/improve ADO/Confluence/GitHub.
  • Provide application support for ADO and Confluence to IT and the rest of the business.
  • Understand ADO APIs and webhooks.
  • Support ADO and Confluence users.
  • Utilize design skills to define ADO workflows and related screen schemes for complex projects.
  • Implement custom XML-based ADO gadgets.
  • Support and configure ADO plugins as required.
  • Generate documentation on workflows and processes implemented in ADO to support runbooks.
  • Create ADO projects, queries, and reports as required.

Key Skills:

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, and GitHub.
  • A mix of technical and analytical skills (workflow design, API/webhook knowledge).
  • Strong troubleshooting and user support abilities.
  • An understanding of software development and Agile methodologies.
