Summary: The Technical Administrator - Student Systems role at a forward-thinking university involves implementing and configuring the Banner student information system to enhance the student lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure the Banner student information system to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and analyze business workflows and experience cards.
  • Prepare products for User Acceptance Testing and ensure quality controls are applied.
  • Document all work according to agreed standards for clarity among system administrators.
  • Manage and resolve issues arising from testing to meet expected requirements.
  • Plan workload, report progress, and manage risks using the RAID log.
