Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot failed jobs, balance issues, rate errors, and other system issues; update rates, adjust system parameters, and handle core configurations.
- Execute QA plans during the digital banking conversion process; collaborate on vendor QA testing.
- Schedule tasks, document updates, and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders and vendors.
- Recommend system upgrades and enhancements as needed.
- Expedite issue resolution with third-party vendors.
Key Skills:
- 5 years of Symitar Core Banking experience, including Image Center/Genesys and teller cash recyclers; knowledge of FastDocs and MeridianLink is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience on digital banking platforms; conversion project experience preferred.
- 2+ years of QA testing, including test plan creation and execution.
- Ability to work independently and proactively seek to be a resource.
