Summary: The Supplier Quality Engineer role is a remote position focused on managing supplier quality initiatives and ensuring adherence to Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes with EMEA suppliers. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the APQP process and manage supplier quality resources.
- Ensure defect-free performance and adherence to product requirements.
- Conduct supplier evaluations, manage corrective actions, and facilitate continuous improvement activities.
- Utilise tools such as PPAP, AIAG standards, and Supplier Quality Core Tools.
- Measure and enhance supplier quality performance, driving improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and leadership teams.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in APQP and Supplier Quality Core Tools.
- Familiarity with PPAP and AIAG standards.
- Experience in supplier maintenance and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to manage workloads independently.
- A degree, HND/HNC in Engineering, or relevant industry experience.
- Ideally, 3-5 years of experience in supplier quality or a related field.
- Consideration for candidates with relevant skills and less experience.

With up to 25% travel expected to supplier sites in the Netherlands and Germany (initially more due to onboarding activities), this role offers variety and the chance to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
