Summary: The role of Interim Senior Quantity Surveyor involves managing Bills of Quantities for two flagship accounts, primarily in M&E projects, with a focus on minor refurbishments and major life-cycle projects. The position is home-based with occasional national travel, particularly around the Darlington area. This is a minimum three-month contract offering a competitive daily rate. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and a proven track record in quantity surveying.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Bills of Quantities across two flagship accounts.
- Oversee M&E projects, including minor refurbishments and major life-cycle projects.
- Report to the Area Director.
- Engage in occasional national travel, starting in and around the Darlington area.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with Bills of Quantities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.

Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading Service Provider to make the key appointment of Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Although home-based, it is expected that the successful candidate will have occasional national travel, starting in and around the Darlington area. This is a minimum 3 month contract paying £400 – £550 per day outside IR35.
Reporting to the Area Director, the Interim Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing Bill of Quantities across two flagship accounts.
Predominantly M&E, the projects will consist of minor refurbishment and hand-backs to major life-cycle projects.
***Experience of Microsoft packages, in particular, Excel, is essential
My client is looking for a well organised and self-starting Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record of experience with Bills of Quantities.
