Key Responsibilities:
- Work with application teams to educate and advise on best practices with Control-M.
- Participate in daily scrum meetings to discuss Jira cards, blockers, and completed work.
- Utilize Control-M, Automic, and Globalscape applications for support.
- Use Splunk and Dynatrace for alerts and troubleshooting.
- Perform light scripting tasks using Python and SQL.
- Handle agent installs and integration with Service Now.
- Troubleshoot various technical issues.
