Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging live product demonstrations via Zoom or Microsoft Teams for prospective clients.
- Clearly communicate the value, benefits, and business impact of the software.
- Guide prospects through the decision-making process and encourage next steps toward purchase or onboarding.
- Address objections and questions confidently during demos.
- Engage with prospects prior to demonstrations to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Tailor demonstrations to show relevant features that directly solve client pain points.
- Identify high-potential leads and communicate opportunities to the sales team.
- Provide phone-based “how-to” support and troubleshooting assistance to existing clients.
- Ensure clients fully understand the platform to maximize product adoption.
- Identify opportunities for additional features, upgrades, or expanded usage.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the internal support team.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with prospects after demonstrations to answer questions and support the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of demos, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems such as Pipedrive.
- Track demo outcomes, prospect feedback, and potential sales opportunities.
Key Skills:
- Experience in software demonstrations, SaaS sales, or technical pre-sales.
