Summary: The Slack and Zoom Administrator is responsible for the administration and implementation of Slack and Zoom environments, requiring extensive experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. The role involves managing integrations, providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. Additionally, the administrator will train support staff and stay updated on feature releases and enhancements. The position is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and maintain Slack and Zoom environments, including Zoom contact center.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Slack and Zoom, including integrations and API failures.
- Handle escalations from L1/L2 support teams and collaborate with Slack and Zoom support.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Zoom-related issues.
- Manage Slack workspace administration, including user provisioning and channel governance.
- Monitor Slack service health and performance metrics.
- Oversee integration and automation using Slack APIs, bots, and workflows.
- Enforce security controls and compliance configurations.
- Document processes and standard operating procedures for environment management.
- Train and mentor L1/L2 support staff on best practices.
- Stay current on Slack and Zoom feature releases and recommend enhancements.
- Bring up new optimization ideas for the environment.

Key Skills:
