Summary: The Lead Business Analyst role focuses on the implementation of a Policy Administration System within a leading London Market Insurance business. The position involves Guidewire integration and managing both internal Business Analysis teams and external vendor BA management. This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension, based in either Birmingham or London. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in London Market insurance and Guidewire projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the Policy Administration System focusing on Guidewire integration.
- Manage and guide internal Business Analysis teams and external third-party vendor BA management.
- Train, coach, and manage junior Business Analysts.
- Engage in stakeholder management to ensure project alignment and success.
