The developer will collaborate closely with a team of developers and business analysts to enhance the permit process. The role is fully remote for the duration of the engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Sitefinity web portal, focusing on both front-end and back-end functionalities.
  • Integrate the portal with MS Power Platform (Dynamics) and other systems.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Developer, Architect, and other team members to ensure project success.
  • Engage in agile practices, including iterative development.
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies and evolving technical stacks.

  • 5 years of experience in standards-based .Net development.

Job Description:

The Sitefinity Web Portal Developer is a key member of the Permitting Transformation (PTP) solution development team with the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). The candidate will focus on both front-end and backend development and integrate the portal with an MS Power Platform (Dynamics) solution as well as other systems, applications, and authentication services. The portal developer will work closely with our Lead Developer and Architect, a team of developers, and other PTP staff such as business analysts.

This position will work remotely for the duration of the engagement.
