Summary: The ServiceNow Technical Consultant role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, particularly in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP). The position is based in London, offering remote work options within the UK, and involves both technical and functional responsibilities related to ServiceNow implementations. The consultant will be expected to have a strong understanding of project and portfolio management, resource management, and integrations with third-party tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage ServiceNow SPM solutions.
  • Utilize Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP) methodologies as needed.
  • Define and set up demand, project, and portfolio management processes.
  • Manage resource management definitions and setups.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using scripted APIs and Integration Hub.
  • Utilize Workspaces, UI Builder, and Flow Designer effectively.
  • Provide technical and functional expertise on the ServiceNow platform and its core features.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow, particularly in SPM.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of demand, project, and portfolio management.
  • Experience with resource management setup and definitions.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow core features and applications.
  • Experience with integrations using scripted APIs and Integration Hub.
