Summary: The ServiceNow Technical Architect is tasked with designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and enterprise architecture. Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
