Summary: The ServiceNow Technical Architect is tasked with designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and enterprise architecture. This role involves providing technical leadership, overseeing solution implementation, and engaging with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. The architect is also responsible for establishing governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and design high-level architecture for ServiceNow solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, and SPM.
  • Develop architectural blueprints, standards, and best practices.
  • Align ServiceNow architecture with enterprise IT strategy and digital transformation goals.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to developers and implementation teams.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural standards and coding best practices.
  • Lead technical design sessions and code reviews.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of ServiceNow applications and custom modules.

Key Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules.
  • Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
