Summary: The Sr. SAP HANA Technical Architect role involves conducting a security assessment of the client's SAP S/4 HANA Rise on an Azure platform. The position requires a hands-on technical architect with strong communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role includes providing security audit validation and assessing security requirements and best practices. The position is remote with occasional travel, and the client covers travel expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide security audit validation of SAP RISE, including various components.
- Assess mandatory SAP ECS Security and Hardening requirements and identify gaps.
- Evaluate S/4 application and HANA database environments, underlying network, and other infrastructure.
- Review ancillary BTP and Integration suite environments.
- Validate minimum-security requirements for the S4 HANA system and identify gaps.
- Assess the client's security change and monitoring processes for ongoing compliance within the S/4 on RISE environment.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience with SAP Solutions and a strong technical background.
- Hands-on capability in SAP security audit validation.
- Good communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Motivation and drive to self-manage work.

Requires a Technical Architect - "hands on" with strong comm skills to work with execs and needs to be able to articulate the pros and cons to both technical and non-technical people. In short, it's a security assessment/review of the client's SAP S/4 HANA Rise on an Azure platform.
Top 3 must-haves:
- 10+ years of experience on SAP Solutions with a technical background and hands-on capable.
- Security audit validation of SAP RISE, consisting of the following components
- Assess mandatory SAP ECS Security and Hardening requirements and best practices, and identify gaps
- Good communication skills, Motivation, and drive to self-manage their work.
