Identify and resolve data quality issues across discovery sources. Issue Investigation & Resolution Investigate anomalies such as the SG-JAMF Last Scanned future date issue and troubleshoot related processes. Resolve issues with business rules that fail to remove software installs from devices marked as Retired, In Stock, or Stolen. Automation & Lifecycle Enhancements Develop and enhance automation for software lifecycle processes within ServiceNow. Support continuous improvement of SAM workflows and compliance reporting.
