Summary: We are seeking an experienced AWS Engineer with deep expertise in IVR systems, specifically Avaya and Genesys, to support the migration of legacy IVR solutions to a modern, cloud-native platform hosted on Amazon Connect. This role will focus on backend development, infrastructure automation, and production support for Amazon Connect and associated AWS services.

- Support the migration of legacy IVR solutions to Amazon Connect.

Key Skills:
- Strong experience with AWS Connect and backend development on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Node.js).
- Deep knowledge of Avaya IVR and Dialer systems mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Genesys Dialer strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in AWS tools: DynamoDB, Cognito, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CloudFormation, Amazon Lex.
- Experience in migrating contact center platforms and outbound campaigns.
- Familiarity with contact center workflows and telephony systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience for AWS environments.
