ServiceNow Product Owner

Summary: The ServiceNow Product Owner role requires a professional with extensive experience in ServiceNow, particularly in ITOM and CMDB, along with a strong background in product management. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog for ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Ensure effective integration of cloud platforms and monitoring tools.
• Facilitate Agile/Safe delivery processes and ceremonies.
• Analyze and solve complex problems related to IT service management.

Key Skills:

• ServiceNow experience (ITOM, CMDB).
• Product Owner/Product Management experience.
• Strong expertise in ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
• Hands-on knowledge of CMDB, CSDM (4.x/5.x), and integrations.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.).
• Exposure to ITAM (HAM/SAM) preferred (3+ years ideal).
• Strong Agile/SAFe delivery experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
