  • Oversee the implementation of ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
  • Ensure effective integration of cloud platforms and monitoring tools.
  • Facilitate Agile/Safe delivery processes and ceremonies.
  • Analyze and solve complex problems related to IT service management.
