Summary: The Sr. Product Manager for Legal Technology & AI will collaborate with Legal Operations, IT, and Product teams to enhance legal technology solutions. This role focuses on modernizing contract management and regulatory processes while leveraging AI to optimize workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and delivery for legal technology initiatives.
- Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews, user research, and process analysis.
- Define and manage product roadmaps, user stories, feature requirements, and success metrics.
- Partner with Legal, IT, Security, Compliance, and Product teams to deliver solutions that meet business and enterprise requirements.
- Evaluate, select, and implement legal technology platforms and software vendors.
- Drive change management, user adoption, training, and communication efforts.
- Establish and track OKRs, product performance metrics, and value realization outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve legal operations and efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships, software evaluations, RFP processes, and implementation projects.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of product management or product ownership experience in an Agile environment.
- Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and managing digital product roadmaps.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to quickly develop expertise in new business domains.
- Experience with Enterprise Legal Management (ELM), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), legal operations platforms, or Legal AI solutions.
- Experience leading software evaluations, vendor selection, and enterprise software implementations.
- Experience building or launching healthcare technology products.
- Experience developing new products or capabilities from concept through launch.
