Summary: A leading IT Consultancy is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Dynatrace Developer to work on a contract basis with a prominent Financial organization. The role requires extensive experience in ITOM and Dynatrace integration, focusing on incident management and service mapping within ServiceNow. The developer will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and functionality between Dynatrace and ServiceNow systems. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize 5+ years of strong ITOM experience.
• Understand the Service Graph Connector for Dynatrace.
• Generate Service Mapping trees in ServiceNow using Dynatrace tags.
• Use the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) in ServiceNow.
• Resolve design issues between Dynatrace and the current ServiceNow setup.
• Work on Dynatrace Incident Integration to push incidents into ServiceNow.
• Navigate existing integrations and alerts in ServiceNow.
• Provide options and build solutions for Event Management changes due to Dynatrace.
• Develop auto-incidents for auto-discovered events in ServiceNow.
• Potentially work on orchestrations to resolve incidents or provide guidance.
