Summary: This role is for a Sales Manager at a leading UK housebuilder, responsible for overseeing sales teams in Somerset and Wiltshire. The position is a 3-month fixed-term contract, offering a salary of £60,000. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new homes sales management and will lead teams from project launch to completion while ensuring high standards of customer service. The role requires a dynamic individual who can work both independently and collaboratively within the Sales and Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing on-site sales teams to hit targets
- Recruit, coach, and mentor on-site Sales Negotiators
- Conduct market research
- Produce and execute sales strategy across all sites
- Produce pricing
- Ensure site presentation is 5*
- Weekly reporting
- Work with marketing teams to ensure all relevant collateral is up to date
- Champion a 5* customer journey
Key Skills:
- New homes sales experience at management level for a minimum of 2 years
- Currently working for a housebuilder
- Knowledge of the new homes property market
- Experience selling high-volume schemes
- Experience managing on-site consultants and agents
- Report writing skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Team player
- Positive and pro-active
- Ability to work autonomously and independently
- Valid UK driving licence
