Summary: This role is for a Sales Manager at a leading UK housebuilder, responsible for overseeing sales teams in Somerset and Wiltshire. The position is a 3-month fixed-term contract, offering a salary of £60,000. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new homes sales management and will lead teams from project launch to completion while ensuring high standards of customer service. The role requires a dynamic individual who can work both independently and collaboratively within the Sales and Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing on-site sales teams to hit targets
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor on-site Sales Negotiators
  • Conduct market research
  • Produce and execute sales strategy across all sites
  • Produce pricing
  • Ensure site presentation is 5*
  • Weekly reporting
  • Work with marketing teams to ensure all relevant collateral is up to date
  • Champion a 5* customer journey

Key Skills:

  • New homes sales experience at management level for a minimum of 2 years
  • Currently working for a housebuilder
  • Knowledge of the new homes property market
  • Experience selling high-volume schemes
  • Experience managing on-site consultants and agents
  • Report writing skills
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Team player
  • Positive and pro-active
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently
  • Valid UK driving licence
