Summary: The ServiceNow HR Pro Implementation Specialist role involves leading the implementation of ServiceNow HR Pro for a high-profile government project over a 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HR Pro.
- Gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into workable solutions.
- Configuring ServiceNow HRSD modules.
- Providing post go-live support.
- Conducting internal training and knowledge sharing within HRSD.
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD (HR Pro) - minimum of 2 implementations.
- Understanding of HR Service Delivery workflows and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow HR modules.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
