Summary: We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Discovery Specialist with a focus on SNMP and network devices, particularly printers. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in SNMP-based discovery, IT Asset Management processes, and maintaining an accurate Configuration Management Database. This role will report to the Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and extend discovery patterns for SNMP-based devices.
- Manage IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes.
- Ensure accurate population of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Key Skills:
- Deep expertise in SNMP-based discovery.
- Strong background in IT Asset Management processes.
