Key Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow Development: Customize and configure ITSM and ITOM modules, including Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management, Discovery, Event Management, and Orchestration.
- Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain workflows, scripts, and integrations to support ITSM/ITOM functionalities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align ServiceNow implementations with organizational goals.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform and related integrations.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation and user guides for configurations, workflows, and processes.
- Platform Maintenance: Stay updated with ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and new features to maintain system reliability and performance.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience (3-5+ years) in ServiceNow development, including ITSM and ITOM modules.
