Contract engagements arise during ServiceNow implementations, module expansions, platform upgrades, integration projects, and when ongoing platform development and administration requires specialist resource beyond the capacity of the permanent team.
ServiceNow contractors are expected to have hands-on, platform-certified experience with the specific ServiceNow products and modules relevant to the engagement. For ITSM roles, deep knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management module configuration, including service catalogue design, SLA configuration, and workflow and notification management, is expected.
