Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT service management and enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, scripting, and integrations, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. This role emphasizes the importance of following best practices and Agile methodologies in development. The position is remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and implement ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Workflows/Flow Designer.
- Build custom forms, catalogs, and service portals.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Ensure platform performance, security, and scalability.
- Follow ServiceNow best practices and SDLC/Agile methodologies.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews.
- Support deployments, upgrades, and post-production issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
- Experience with Service Catalog and Service Portal / UI Builder.

- Understanding of ACLs, roles, and platform security.
