RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote SEO Manager/Content Lead. This position will require a mixture of leadership expertise, strategic vision, and tactical execution. In addition to traditional SEO responsibilities, the Manager will be expected to pioneer our client's vision and strategy for their SEO strategy as it pertains to content and AI. Prior experience in similar roles is an absolute must.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Prior experience in a lead or principal SEO position (or higher) with ideally 8+ years of professional experience
* Background in content marketing and hands-on experience with doing SEO for newer forms of media like videos, podcasts, etc.
* Strategic vision for incorporating AI models into SEO
* Proven ability to champion new ideas and conduct experiments to determine if new methods for optimization are reliable/successful
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
