Summary: The role of Senior Workday HRIS Analyst involves delivering a comprehensive global Workday/HR technical service to managers and employees, ensuring smooth operations and supporting change management. The position requires prior experience with Workday in fast-paced environments and collaboration with HR leaders on strategic initiatives. The analyst will report to the Global Head of HRIS and will be responsible for both functional and technical support of Workday. This is a remote position with occasional travel to London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a functional and technical expert for Workday, supporting end users with their requests
- Work with the HR Team in the analysis, development, implementation and support of allocated HR projects & changes
- Work with the global HRIS team to manage the prioritization and execution of Workday fixes
- Manage the ongoing maintenance of the HR organization structure in Workday
- Support automation and process improvements across all HR Systems
- Assist in the review, testing, implementation, training, and communication of Workday system changes and upgrades including the bi-annual Workday releases
- Support on ensuring that Workday is fully integrated with key business systems
- Perform detailed manipulation of complex data via tools such as spreadsheets and EIB's.
Key Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Workday, covering HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Recruiting and Time Tracking
- Excellent technical skills across a wide range of technology products
- An inquisitive and challenging mind, with an interest in questioning and improving the "as is"
- Excellent operational skills eg processes, procedures, data analysis
- Excellent HR experience and knowledge
- Insurance Sector Experience - Desirable
