Summary: The Senior Technical Sourcer at ClassDojo will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent for technical and non-technical roles, primarily within the engineering and product teams. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing, utilizing data to enhance recruitment strategies, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in technical sourcing, particularly in high-growth environments, and will be a trusted partner to hiring managers. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source for technical and non-technical roles, focusing on engineering and product organizations.
- Own and execute creative outreach strategies that reflect the company culture and values.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage high-caliber talent.
- Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of searches and advise the business accordingly.
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience from source to close.
- Ensure high data integrity with ATS and other systems.
- Collaborate with the Talent and People team to improve processes and enhance candidate experience.
