Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively source for technical and non-technical roles, focusing on engineering and product organizations.
  • Own and execute creative outreach strategies that reflect the company culture and values.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage high-caliber talent.
  • Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of searches and advise the business accordingly.
  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience from source to close.
  • Ensure high data integrity with ATS and other systems.
  • Collaborate with the Talent and People team to improve processes and enhance candidate experience.
