Summary: The Senior ServiceNow Developer will work remotely for a financial services client on a 6-month contract, starting in March 2025. The role involves collaborating with IT colleagues to enhance the ServiceNow platform's performance and operational support, focusing on ITSM and ITOM. The developer will also foster relationships with various departments and contribute to the team's technical growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IT colleagues and support the ServiceNow Manager to deliver a stable and performant ServiceNow platform.
  • Identify ways to improve performance and effectiveness of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Create an efficient and creative environment for delivering change.
  • Provide operational support for the client's ServiceNow Platform(s), focusing on ITSM.
  • Build effective relationships with supporting departments, partners, and customers.
  • Help develop the broader team in line with their objectives and technical career paths.

Key Skills:

  • Strong demonstrable experience of ServiceNow ITSM including workflow, Incident/Change/Problem management, scripting, portal design, and CMDB.
  • Demonstrable experience of ServiceNow ITOM including Discovery and Event Management.
  • Experience with other ServiceNow modules (HR, Legal, IRM, SecOps, etc.).
  • Understanding of development lifecycle and software lifecycle.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.

Salary (Rate): £350
