Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Workday HCM Consultant to support a global consultancy with multiple Workday project implementations across Europe. The role involves assessing resource allocation gaps, configuring solutions, and supporting technical design for integrations. This position is fully remote and offers long-term contract extensions. The ideal candidate will have experience in deploying Workday projects and creating solutions for non-standard requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing Workday projects for multiple clients.
• Assessing, discussing, and presenting solution opportunities for resource allocation gaps.
• Configuring solutions in GMS and demonstrating them through demos and working sessions.
• Supporting technical and architecture design for functional requirements and integrations.

Key Skills:

• Experience in deploying Workday projects for multiple clients.
• Prior experience with HCM touchpoints (Skills, Talent, Core HCM, etc.) is a plus.
• Prior experience with Workday Extend and Prism is a plus.
• Adaptable and able to create solutions for non-standard requirements in Workday.
