Vega is Hiring! W2 candidates only. 100% remote based position. Seeking candidates located on the east coast to support east Coast Time zone.
Job Requirement:
The ideal candidate must have experience coaching teams that support one or more of the following:
- Cloud data and analytics platforms
- • Business intelligence platforms
- • API and interoperability platforms
- • Data services platforms
- Experience coaching data platform administration, DataOps, or data operations teams is highly preferred,
- Knowledge of Lean Agile values, principles and practices , Advanced
- Knowledge of Lean agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, Expert
- Knowledge of Scaling frameworks like SAFe, Advanced
- Demonstrate strong and clear accountability for program success , Expert
- Knowledge of Product Ownership, DevOps, Test Automation practices etc, Advanced
- Excellent communication skills written and oral, Advanced
- Self starter with ability to prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines, Expert
- Ability to organize data and create metrics/reports/dashboards, Expert
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and industry standard Agile tools., Advanced
- Ability to drive change at different levels, manage conflicts constructively., Advanced
- Knowledge of ServiceNow is preferred
Licenses/Certifications
- SAFe Scrum Master Certification Required
- Certified Scrum Master (CSP)
- Certified Scrum Professional
