Workday Consultant - (HCM Studio Extend)

Introduction:

We are currently seeking a Workday Consultant with expertise in HCM and Studio Extend to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring Workday HCM solutions, as well as extending the functionality using Studio Extend. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with a talented team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Workday HCM solutions based on business requirements
• Create custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields using Studio Extend
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise
• Perform unit testing and support system integration testing
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday HCM applications

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience working with Workday HCM
• Proficiency in Studio Extend for custom development
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

• Workday HCM certification
• Experience with integrations and data migration in Workday
• Knowledge of advanced Workday features and functionality
• Previous experience working on full lifecycle Workday implementations
