Summary: The Senior SAP Integration Consultant role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in SAP integration, specifically in EDI and API management. The position involves designing and implementing EDI interfaces, developing APIs, and providing integration support for core business processes. The consultant will work remotely, preferably from the USA, and will be responsible for managing large-scale integration projects across various enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement EDI interfaces using SAP CPI and B2B Integration Cockpit.
  • Utilize SAP Integration Advisor to define MIGs and MAGs.
  • Configure and manage Trading Partner Management components.
  • Onboard and support external trading partners for EDI transactions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed mapping specifications and interface documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with EDI standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
  • Design, develop, and deploy APIs and iFlows using SAP CPI and SAP API Management.
  • Build secure, scalable integrations across SAP ECC, Salesforce, and other applications.
  • Implement various protocols and connectors: HTTP, REST, SOAP, File, SFTP.
  • Ensure secure API architecture using OAuth2 and other authentication methods.
  • Provide integration support for core business processes including Order-to-Cash and RMA Fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with functional and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

  • Minimum 12+ years of SAP integration experience.
  • Proven success in large-scale integration project delivery.
  • Strong expertise in SAP CPI, EDI B2B, API Management, and Trading Partner Management.

Job Description:

We are actively seeking a Senior SAP Integration Consultant with extensive hands-on experience in EDI integrations and API management. This is a challenging and high-impact role for a dynamic professional who has managed large-scale SAP integration projects and worked across diverse enterprise systems.

EDI Integration & Trading Partner Management

  • Design and implement EDI interfaces using SAP CPI and B2B Integration Cockpit.
  • Utilize SAP Integration Advisor to define MIGs (Message Implementation Guidelines) and MAGs (Mapping Guidelines).
  • Configure and manage Trading Partner Management components:
    • Define and maintain Agreements, Company Profiles, and Partner Directory entries.
    • Onboard and support external trading partners for EDI transactions including:
      850, 810, 856, 861, 180, 812, 820, 214, and more.
  • Develop and maintain detailed mapping specifications and interface documentation.
  • Ensure strict compliance with EDI standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.

API & Interface Development

  • Design, develop, and deploy APIs and iFlows using SAP CPI and SAP API Management.
  • Build secure, scalable integrations across SAP ECC, Salesforce, and other cloud/on-prem applications.
  • Implement various protocols and connectors: HTTP, REST, SOAP, File, SFTP.
  • Ensure secure API architecture using OAuth2, Basic Auth, and other authentication methods.

Business Process Integration

  • Provide integration support for core business processes, including:
    • Order-to-Cash: Sales order creation, invoicing, shipping, and payment processing.
    • RMA Fulfillment: Return management, credit issuance, and reverse logistics.
  • Collaborate closely with functional and business teams to gather requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.
