Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and edit business and technical documents, including APDs, user manuals, FAQs, and meeting minutes.
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Translate technical information into clear, user-friendly language.
  • Maintain consistency in style, formatting, and accuracy across all documentation.

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years technical writing experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) & SharePoint.
  • Strong grammar, writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • Experience creating SOPs, diagrams, and flowcharts.
  • Ability to work with SMEs, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to shifting needs.
  • Prior APD/RFP/contract editing experience preferred.

Compensation:
