Summary: The Senior Product Manager at Midnight will lead the development of feature requirements for the Midnight Network, focusing on enhancing language and developer tooling. Key Responsibilities:

• Create feature requirements and prioritize the backlog for the language and developer tooling roadmaps.
• Develop epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Design, Marketing, and Developer Relations.
• Identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to deliver product releases.
• Maintain the sprint backlog and balance stakeholder requirements.
• Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements.
• Lead the functional design process based on user and technology knowledge.
• Turn data insights into actionable product outcomes for target personas.
• Work in an Agile environment, refining priorities and identifying opportunities and risks.
• Partner with operations to define user experience for internal users.
• Collaborate on go-to-market plans and ensure commercial team success.
• Track and report on product performance post-launch.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in blockchain, web3, or SaaS.
• Technical background with knowledge of software development.
• Expertise in agile methodologies, JIRA, and GitHub.
• Experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
• Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Good organizational and project management skills.
