Summary: The Senior Product Manager will lead initiatives aimed at expanding manufacturing offerings and driving marketplace growth through AI-powered strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and articulate a product vision for expanding manufacturing offerings, aligned with growth, category, and marketplace strategy.
  • Build and own a roadmap focused on unlocking new manufacturing categories, expanding the supported menu, and increasing customer adoption and revenue.
  • Partner with category management to identify high-impact opportunities across processes, materials, tolerances, and services.
  • Balance near-term growth opportunities with longer-term platform investments that enable scalable expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with data science and machine learning teams to develop models that support category expansion, capability matching, cost estimation, and lead-time prediction.
  • Translate category and business needs into clear product requirements for engineering teams, including APIs, backend services, and workflow automation.
  • Drive experimentation (A/B tests, controlled rollouts) to validate new categories, features, and customer experiences.
  • Ensure products are scalable, measurable, and operationally viable as new capabilities are introduced.

  • Proven ability to launch and scale new product capabilities or categories in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of machine learning concepts, data analytics, and experimentation methodologies.
  • Experience partnering closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers to ship production systems.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding) or complex supply-demand marketplaces is a plus.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager focused on AI-powered growth and category expansion, you will lead initiatives that expand manufacturing menu, unlock new categories, and drive marketplace growth.
