Summary: Tranzeal is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance their kidney care platform, focusing on delivering impactful product outcomes through strategic execution and collaboration. The role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to translate complex challenges into user-centric solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features and ensure regulatory compliance. This position is available as a W2 contract, with a preference for candidates in Denver, CO or Brentwood, TN, but is open to remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own product requirements, user stories, and intended outcomes
  • Prioritize features, enhancements, and defects for delivery
  • Facilitate story mapping, sprint planning, and roadmap activities
  • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies
  • Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment
  • Guide creation of user-facing communications and product education
  • Partner with product leadership to refine product vision and strategy
  • Understand business and user problems to deliver impactful solutions
  • Collaborate with Engineering and UX teams on discovery, research, and usability testing
  • Conduct user interviews, shadowing, and stakeholder collaboration across clinical, operational, and business teams
  • Define, track, and optimize OKRs aligned to product outcomes
  • Use analytics and insights to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses
  • Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities
