Summary: Tranzeal is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance their kidney care platform, focusing on delivering impactful product outcomes through strategic execution and collaboration. The role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to translate complex challenges into user-centric solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features and ensure regulatory compliance. This position is available as a W2 contract, with a preference for candidates in Denver, CO or Brentwood, TN, but is open to remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product requirements, user stories, and intended outcomes
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and defects for delivery
- Facilitate story mapping, sprint planning, and roadmap activities
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies
- Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment
- Guide creation of user-facing communications and product education
- Partner with product leadership to refine product vision and strategy
- Understand business and user problems to deliver impactful solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering and UX teams on discovery, research, and usability testing
- Conduct user interviews, shadowing, and stakeholder collaboration across clinical, operational, and business teams
- Define, track, and optimize OKRs aligned to product outcomes
- Use analytics and insights to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
- Evaluate and prioritize features aligned with strategic objectives
- Lead and inspire cross-functional product teams
- Ensure alignment across engineering, design, operations, and executive stakeholders
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to technical and non-technical audiences
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive insights

Key Responsibilities

The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires.
