Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design enterprise-scale front-end applications using Angular 16, TypeScript, and modern UI/UX best practices.
- Develop the backbone architecture, building core reusable components, modules, and horizontal features that will serve as the foundation for multiple applications.
- Partner with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into highly functional, scalable implementations.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure APIs and wrappers are properly designed and integrated for seamless Angular consumption.
- Provide leadership and technical direction across multiple engineering teams, ensuring consistency and adherence to front-end architecture best practices.
- Support the modernization of 800+ legacy JSF screens into Angular 16, ensuring migration strategies are scalable and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, performance optimizations, and architectural guidelines.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and champion best practices in maintainability, testability, and scalability.
- Drive research, POCs, and innovation by exploring emerging technologies and recommending improvements at the architecture and product level.
- Advocate for high-quality, secure, and performant front-end solutions that improve the end-user experience.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of professional experience in front-end engineering, with 5+ years in Angular (Angular 16 required).
- Proven experience as a Front-End Architect, Senior Angular Developer, or Technical Lead on enterprise-level projects.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript, Angular CLI, RxJS, State Management (NgRx or similar), and modular application design.
- Deep understanding of front-end architecture, design patterns, and reusable component frameworks.
- Experience working closely with UI/UX teams to deliver highly functional user experiences.
- Hands-on experience integrating with REST APIs and designing scalable API wrappers for front-end consumption.
- Proven experience in legacy system modernization (JSF to Angular migration is a strong plus).
