Key Responsibilities:
- Design future-state finance processes aligned with cloud-based finance platforms.
- Engage with stakeholders to facilitate finance transformation initiatives.
- Lead workshops and guide key decisions in finance process redesign.
- Support technology implementation for Oracle, Workday, and SAP finance modules.
- Document processes and maintain effective communication with clients.
Key Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 5-10 years' experience in finance transformation.
- Experience working on transformation programmes within UK Central Government.
- Strong functional understanding of Oracle, Workday, or SAP finance modules.
- Hands-on knowledge of Chart of Accounts, EDMCS, and related data/process areas.
- Proven ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and guide key decisions.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and client-facing skills.

Description:
A leading UK-based consultancy is looking for a Senior Finance Transformation Consultant to join a central government finance transformation programme.
This is a contract role, working across major SaaS platforms including Oracle, Workday, and SAP, with a focus on designing future-state finance processes, stakeholder engagement, and technology implementation support.
You'll play a key role in helping the client redesign and modernise core finance processes (eg Chart of Accounts, expenses, tax, project accounting), aligned to the implementation of cloud-based finance platforms.
Key Skills & Experience:
