Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate systems thinking and the ability to see how parts interact with the whole.
- Implement IT governance and operations knowledge.
- Conduct financial modeling related to IT investments.
- Exhibit interpersonal and leadership skills, including servant leadership and negotiation.
- Communicate complex technical issues effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage project and program planning and organizational tasks.
- Demonstrate effective time management and prioritization skills.
