Graphic Designer

Summary: The Graphic Designer role is a contract position focused on supporting a creative team with tasks such as packaging editing, eCommerce content creation, and video production. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud. This position offers flexibility in hours and can be part-time or full-time over a duration of 3-4 months. The role requires collaboration with the Creative Director and team members to manage design projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and proof packaging files, ensuring proper alignment, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Design A+ content and eCommerce images (Target, Amazon, etc.).
• Create below-the-fold and enhanced content for digital platforms.
• Develop animated product videos and other marketing graphics.
• Assemble and organize brand guidelines into a single, accessible resource.
• Make edits to existing packaging files (grammar, spelling, layout, formatting).
• Prepare final deliverables in PDF and other formats as required.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and team members to take on overflow design projects.

Key Skills:

• 2+ years of professional design experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Portfolio that demonstrates attention to detail, clean layout, and error-free work.
• Experience in packaging, product graphics, and eCommerce content design is a plus.
• Strong proofreading and quality-checking skills.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain consistency across projects.
• Availability during standard working hours (8-5 CST) for collaboration.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in catching errors and ensuring quality.
• Well-rounded in marketing and design, with the ability to support the Creative Director and reduce workload.
