Summary: We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with over 8 years of experience to join the Enterprise Data team, focusing on the Property & Casualty insurance domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong data modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Snowflake, along with experience in Agency Management Systems. This role emphasizes analytical capabilities and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data analytics, data modeling, and business intelligence tasks.
  • Interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Design and optimize schemas in Snowflake.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to present data findings.
  • Manage data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs.
  • Work with data from Agency Management Systems.
  • Engage with cloud platforms and modern data stack tools.

Key Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data modeling, or business intelligence roles.
  • Strong understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance business lines.
  • Proficient in Snowflake, including SQL, schema design, and performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our client s Enterprise Data team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on experience, with a deep understanding of the P&C insurance domain, strong data modelling capabilities, and advanced skills in Snowflake. Experience working with Agency Management Systems such as EPIC and AMS360 is a significant advantage.

Requirements:
