Must have: Proven experience developing in Node.js Solid experience with Microservices Design Patterns and Architecture Demonstrable experience in build/run/deploy within a containerized environment & sidecar concepts Cloud API Gateway experience with either APIGee, Endpoints, or Mulesoft, Kubernetes, GitHub, GitLab, DevOps Pipeline (e.g., Terraform, CLI, Ansible, Puppet, etc.), Container Registry, Docker Experience with Google Cloud Services Domain knowledge requirements: Telecom knowledge will be useful E-Commerce Call center care systems – e.g., IVR integrations, Agent desktop Payments and collection Identity and Authentication Service Mesh (Istio, etc.); Knowledge Background of ESB or SOA; Gradle / Maven / Build tools; GCP / GKE; GraphQL; Splunk / StackDriver / Logging Monitoring Traceability For any Developer focussed on Backend the following skills is essential: Training and working knowledge of relevant tools and systems to perform their role, e.g., Node.js/Express or other backend frameworks, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), containerisation tools (Docker, Kubernetes), version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions), cloud services (e.g., GCP, AWS), and monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana).
