Summary: The Senior CyberArk and Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer role is a remote position focused on leading security initiatives and designing IAM and PAM solutions. The candidate will be responsible for deploying and maintaining CyberArk solutions, enhancing IAM tools, and collaborating with IT and security teams. This position requires a strong background in IAM and CyberArk, along with relevant certifications and extensive experience in the field. USA citizenship is a requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain CyberArk solutions, including EPV, PSM, and CPM.
- Develop privileged access policies and procedures aligned with compliance standards.
- Monitor and optimize CyberArk configurations to mitigate security risks.
- Integrate CyberArk with identity providers and IT infrastructure.
- Automate PAM processes using scripting languages.
- Lead incident response activities for privileged access abuse.
- Support and enhance IAM tools focusing on secure user privileges and access control.
- Configure and optimize identity systems, including Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Lead IAM-related projects, including domain consolidations and cloud migrations.
- Develop processes for IAM governance and compliance.
- Define workflows for user provisioning and role management.
- Troubleshoot IAM and PAM-related issues.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams on IAM and PAM strategies.
- Act as a subject matter expert on CyberArk and IAM technologies.
- Represent the IAM function during audits and assessments.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Active CyberArk Defender and Sentry certifications.
- 10+ years of IT experience focused on IAM and security solutions.
- 5+ years of experience with CyberArk PAM implementations.
- Expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, PKI, SSO, and 2FA systems.
- Hands-on experience with scripting for automation and integration.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like NIST and GDPR.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
