Summary: The Senior Business Analyst role at Milestone Technologies involves leading the requirements elicitation and documentation for contract generation in C3/Salesforce. Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and document business requirements (data fields, clauses, variants, approval paths), non-functional needs (auditability, performance), and constraints.
- Produce functional specs, mapping catalogs, process flows (as-is/to-be), and acceptance criteria; maintain single source of truth in Confluence/JIRA.
- Facilitate workshops with Legal, Procurement, and Business Owners to inventory templates/clauses and agree on canonical templates and field mappings.
- Support UAT: create test scenarios, data sets, and traceability to requirements; log defects and drive resolution with engineering.
- Partner with Architect/Lead Developer to assess fit/gap and recommend quick wins for rollout; contribute to governance (versioning, change control).

Job Overview
Role Summary
