Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable web applications using .NET Core, C#, and modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Build and integrate applications with GIS technologies (ESRI / ArcGIS) and large-scale data systems
  • Lead system architecture and contribute to cloud-based (Azure) application modernization
  • Develop APIs and manage data integrations across City and third-party systems
  • Convert legacy applications into modern, secure, and high-performing platforms
  • Implement robust logging, monitoring, and debugging solutions
  • Write unit tests, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data teams, and project managers

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development
  • Strong experience with: .NET Core / C#, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SQL Server (database design and optimization)
  • Experience with Azure cloud services and application deployment
  • Hands-on experience with ArcGIS / ESRI GIS technologies and mapping APIs
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs (JSON/XML)
  • Proficiency with Git version control and Agile methodologies
