Key Responsibilities:
- Work across a team of IT Product Owners and with multiple program areas to build solutions for education programs.
- Own the IT solution vision for a particular product or product domain and decompose the vision into IT work.
- Establish subject matter expertise in IT solution functionalities to document acceptance criteria and functional priorities.
- Manage the product intake process of new functionality to provide business-valued solutions.
- Build strong relationships with designated program areas and serve as a trusted advisor for technology solutions.
- Foster communication with project managers and scrum masters to implement and support IT solutions efficiently.
- Champion Agile principles and facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies within the team.
- Define product functionality needed to deliver projects from the perspective of the larger ecosystem.
