Summary: This role is for a Scrum Master focused on Finance Projects within a boutique global Finance Transformation consultancy. It is a remote-first position that can be part-time or full-time, with a fixed-term duration of one year. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile practices and ensure effective collaboration within the Scrum team. The position emphasizes enhancing processes and team dynamics in finance-related projects.

Role Purpose This is a 1 year fixed-term, remote-first role for a Scrum Master, specifically for Finance Projects. The role can be offered on a part-time or full-time basis at £45,000 (pro-rated if part-time). The Scrum Master is accountable for enabling the Scrum team to work effectively within the Agile framework, ensuring that Scrum practices are understood, implemented, and continuously improved.
