It is a remote-first position that can be part-time or full-time, with a fixed-term duration of one year. - Previous experience in finance projects is a plus
- Scrum Master certification is highly desirable but will be provided if not currently held

Role Purpose This is a 1 year fixed-term, remote-first role for a Scrum Master, specifically for Finance Projects. The role can be offered on a part-time or full-time basis at £45,000 (pro-rated if part-time). The Scrum Master is accountable for enabling the Scrum team to work effectively within the Agile framework, ensuring that Scrum practices are understood, implemented, and continuously improved.
