Summary: Infinite Solutions Inc is seeking a qualified Scrum Master consultant to enhance their agile delivery processes. The role requires a certified Scrum Master with extensive experience in managing product delivery and continuous improvement. The consultant will be responsible for product planning, release planning, and facilitating agile ceremonies. This position is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation and maintenance of product plans as a delivery manager/scrum master.
- Release planning for projects as a delivery manager/scrum master.
- Participation in task and/or backlog grooming as a delivery manager/scrum master.
- Facilitation of sprint planning, demo, and retrospective activities as a delivery manager/scrum master.
Key Skills:
- Current certified scrum master or professional scrum master.
- Five years of FTE experience in agile methodology for product delivery.

Mandatory Skills
- Current certified scrum master or professional scrum master
- Five (5) years of FTE experience as the primary person responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement using an agile methodology for a product similar to the BizMod product. Refer to exhibit a -statement of work.
Experience includes:
- Responsibility for the creation and maintenance of product plans for the projects as a delivery manager/scrum master
- Responsibility for the release planning for the projects as a delivery manager/scrum master.
- Participation in task and/or backlog grooming for the project as a delivery manager/scrum master
- Participation in sprint planning, demo, and retrospective activities for the projects as a delivery manager/scrum master
