SAP TM Technical Consultant

Summary: The SAP TM Technical Consultant role requires a professional with over 3 years of ABAP development experience, particularly in SAP TM technical objects. The consultant will support various TM processes and ensure solutions meet business requirements while providing end-user support and documentation. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this client-facing position. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support TM processes like Freight Order life cycle, Planning/Execution, Charge Calculation, Settlement, Carrier Integration, and event handling from a technical standpoint
• Validate the solution to meet business requirements; support UAT execution and defect resolution.
• Provide end-user support, training assistance, and handle go-live/hyper care activities.
• Create/maintain documentation: technical specs, training/support documents.

Key Skills:

• 3+ years ABAP development experience with strong exposure to SAP TM technical objects.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations (full-cycle, initiation to closure) preferred.
• Strong hands-on in ABAP Objects, enhancements framework, debugging, performance tuning
• Experience with S/4HANA developments (CDS/OData/AMDP preferred)
• Good knowledge of integration patterns and warehouse-related interfaces.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; experience in client-facing roles.
• Quality-focused delivery with strong ownership and adherence to timelines.
